Participants plan and facilitate a special event in teams by sorting and prioritizing tasks, using a room function sheet, writing MC speeches, designing signage, badges and name cards, draft a budget, brainstorm fundraising activities, creating menu and shopping list, designing the refreshment table, writing thank-you letters, and assessing personal and team performance.
